Complete the registration form, after which you will be directed to a payment form.

Once you have submitted these forms with payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

REGISTRATION FEES:

Fees are determined based on Membership in AAfH, Residence in a high-income or other country according to the World Bank, Position as a faculty member, a postdoctoral or other scholar, or student, and Manner of conference participation (in-person or virtually). If you are not an AAfH member and wish to become a member, you can join here. If you register for the conference at the AAfH member rate but are not a member, you will be required to pay for an AAfH membership upon arrival at WAAC 2023.

PAYMENT

Payment for conference registration is accepted online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). Payment is required at the time of your registration.

DATES

Registration opens 15 September 2022 and should be complete by 15 April 2023. Registration closes on 15 May 2023.

CANCELATION POLICY

We reserve the right to cancel this event and return all fees in the event of a catastrophic event. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee. The University is not responsible for any losses incurred by registrants including but not limited to airline cancelation or change charges or hotel deposits.
